PRIORITY #1
Improve and expand accessibility to programming to meet community needs in the following areas:
- Equity
- FLS- French Language Services
- Adult services
- Settlement
- 2SLGBTQIA+
- Infrastructure (buildings, data, funding)
PRIORITY #3
Connect services and supports for clients and community through Strategic Partnerships
- Active participation on local, regional, and national planning tables
- Identify priority partners who can support and advance the interests of our clients and community
- Elevate client voices to eliminate barriers to service and promote seamless transitions
PRIORITY #2
Advance practices that focus on strengthening Mental Health in our communities
- Staff training
- Promote standards and certification in service delivery
PRIORITY #4
Improve our Brand Recognition as a leading service provider in our community
- Promote awareness of our services in the community
- Regularly meet with funders and Ministry
- Make INDABA & KARAMU an annual event that enhances CAFCAN’s reputation as a leading provider of Africentric mental health services
