Bola helps organizations align their strategy to HR strategy. A certified PROSCI Change Management, Bola leads Organization Design and Change Management initiatives that enable high-performing teams.
Bola is a Professional Scrum Master with experience in agile implementation. Bola has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development and International Development from the University of Manchester and various Certifications in HR, Change Management, and Agile Transformation.

Michael Agyemfra is the Vice President of People at Burson, a global public relations and communications firm, where he has led the People function across Canada since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Director of People & Culture at Plan International Canada and has held HR leadership positions across multiple sectors, including healthcare, professional services, and mining.
Michael brings extensive expertise in talent management, team development, HR systems, and organizational transformation. He is recognized for executing comprehensive talent plans and leading successful team transitions in collaboration with global partners. Passionate about nurturing potential and supporting workplace well-being, he champions learning-centered, people first approaches to leadership.

Rehuda Jack-Caesar is an experienced not-for-profit leader with over 14 years of experience across Community Health Programs and Social Services. A proud graduate of York University with a background in Communications and Sociology, she has dedicated her career to amplifying community voices through advocacy, communications, and strategic leadership. Her governance experience includes serving as Board Member/Secretary at TAIBU Community Health Centre, Board Member at The AIDS Network (Toronto), and currently as Board Member/Secretary at CAFCAN Social Services.
Rehuda supported TAIBU CHC through its first accreditation with the Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) and later served as Team Lead for CCA preparation at Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre. She brings a deep understanding of the Policy Governance Model, accreditation processes, not-for-profit legislation, and strategic planning. Rehuda also played a key role in establishing the Hamilton Black Health Leaders Forum, a 14-member PanAfrican leadership group.

David Anyanwu is a political scientist with some combined 15 years of government and industry experience. A resourceful government relations expert with specialised background in research, public policy and project management.
He leads Federal Government Relations for Cargill Limited in Canada, an agricultural and industrial company with 155,000 employees in 70 countries and 8,000 employees across several provinces in Canada. Prior to Cargill, David worked with the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as a Senior Policy Advisor and with Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in various capacities, including the management of a strategic research and policy unit in the Office of the Prime Minister.
David graduated with a MSc and PhD in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of the University of the West Indies in 2008 and 2013 respectively with a focus on international trade and multilateralism. He is also a certified project manager (PMP). His research interests and publications cover regionalism, trade competitiveness and trade related capacity building. David also has significant background in civil society. In addition to CAFCAN, David sits on the board and committees of several trade and industry associations.

Sophia is the President of Sophia J Events, a boutique event planning and marketing firm that provides consulting services, social media, PR communications, coordination, logistics, brand awareness, community management, and acts as a liaison for business-to-business relations and strategic partnerships for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
Sophia served as a board member of the Social Planning Council of Ottawa for 6 years and presently sits on the Ottawa Black Mental Health Coalition Board. Sophia is also a member of the United For All Coalition, an organization that works to combat hate & racism. Sophia holds several certifications & has been awarded the Faces Magazine Favourite Event Planner award. Sophia is a recipient of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Award, spearheaded by the Registered Professional Accountants of Canada Small Business Month event.
